Harmonize your chakras and promote holistic healing with a chakra balancing session that focuses on aligning and restoring the energy centers in your body. This session uses crystal healing but, they are placed on your chakras and we focus specifically on the chakras. We all have 7 main chakras in our bodies and they help keep the body and energy balanced. During these sessions, I will remove stagnat energy, blockages, etc, from any chakras that are out of balance and place healing, loving energy back into them with the energy healing power of Reiki. This session is great for beginners who maybe don't know where to start! These sessions sometimes even bring up past lives or traumas that have been passed down ancestrally. Alot of times, we carry around burdens, traumas, or stuck emotions that we didn't even know we were carrying.
